Sensory garden

Fragrance, touch, sound and movement

Inspiring Hillside are working up a proposal for a sensory garden for visitors to the adjacent offices of Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) in Hillside Crescent to enjoy.

In addition to an assortment of fragrant plants and herbs, we plan to incorporate small tree varieties to create the complete sensory experience of fragrance, touch, sound and movement. The RNIB are stakeholders in the project and we hope to involve local schoolchildren in its planning and future care.
